Unlike mortgage companies who "estimate" lender fees, and then "adjust" them at closing - we know the fees of all the investors that we do business with, and once we have identified which investor will be funding your loan, we guarantee the lender's fixed-dollar fees will not change.

Accurate Lender Guarantee Terms & Conditions: This includes fees paid for your credit report, flood certification, document preparation, loan processing, and tax service. Fees not included are title fee, impounds, government fees, home purchase costs or ongoing home expense prepayments.
